Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MotionForge (motionforge.app). We strive to provide the best AI video generation experience. Because our product is a digital service that consumes high computing resources, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Digital Coins & Subscriptions

MotionForge operates on a digital credit-based system. Once Coins are used to generate a video, the computing resources are consumed, and therefore, used Coins are strictly non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We may offer a full or partial refund at our sole discretion ONLY under the following conditions:

  • Accidental Purchase / Unused Coins: You request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date AND you have not used any Coins from that purchase.
  • Technical Failure: You experience a critical technical issue on our platform that prevents you from generating videos, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a monthly or annual subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but you will retain access to your current Coins until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, additional 3-7 business days may be required for the funds to appear in your account.

5. AI Generation Costs and Final Sale

Due to the nature of AI generation costs, all purchases of Coins are final. We do not offer refunds once Coins have been consumed for video or image generation. AI video and image generation require significant computational resources, which are consumed immediately upon request. Therefore, Coins that have been used to generate any content (images or videos) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for unused Coins, please contact our support team at support@motionforge.app with your order number and the email address associated with your account. We will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days.
